Vision and Mission
Without a clear mission statement and vision for where you are going, you will flounder in your life or business. Isaiah said, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Clarify your vision and mission, and the chances of success greatly increase. We will guide you through the creation of your personal Mission Statement and the overarching Vision for your life. This will be clearly articulated in written words and in instrumental music. Marnie will create a theme song for you and your vision! This gives you something to listen to frequently to connect to why you’re here and what you’re doing.
Asset and Needs Assessment
Next, we will help you inventory your assets. You may have assets you don’t even realize you have, or which you’ve forgotten. We’ll take a deep dive into your knowledge, skills, relationships, resources, content, and life experiences to help you uncover the diamonds in your own back yard. Next, we will look at what you may be missing, what you need next, and create a plan for obtaining them.

Once you connect to your big vision (the reason you’re on this planet), Heaven is anxious to assist you! We’ll connect you to your big vision and move limiting beliefs and old patterns out of the way using a process Marnie calls Spirit Modulation™.
Spirit Modulation™ is a combination of alignment consulting and Marnie’s own brand of music therapy. This enjoyable process will open you to receiving Heaven’s help and allow it to flow more fluidly into and throughout your life. Your part is to ACT when the Spirit speaks. If there are old programs or limited beliefs running in your mind, you might hesitate when you need to act. You might even sabotage your efforts! Marnie’s objective with Spirit Modulation™ is to help you move the clutter out of the way so you can ACT when the Spirit directs.
Process Analysis
One of Dave’s skills is process analysis. This comes in handy for identifying and outlining the processes you need in your business and your life. Our goal is to give you a clear path of action. Where there is clarity, there is energy to go into action. Dave also uses process analysis and his communication expertise to articulate exactly what you do in a way that you remember for yourself and that others will understand, see the benefit, and engage with you (including buying what you offer if you’re doing a business!) We’ll consult with you on your identify and clearly articulate the critical processes, so you have your bearings straight and are able to communicate with others effectively.
Story Development and Articulation
People often comment that Dave and I connect with them through our STORY. Your story – your Hero’s Journey – is what makes you relatable. We’ll discuss your life, your experiences, the lessons you’ve learned. Then, we’ll help you distill your story into a short phrase or paragraph you can share quickly. This will be used in your marketing, when introducing yourself, in videos, your website, blogs and more.
Product/Service Funnel Articulation
If you’re doing a business, we’ll look at products or services you currently offer and, if applicable, help you identify others you could develop and offer. We’ll put these into a logical flowchart. The idea is to have several levels of offerings for people to engage with you.
Marketing Action Plan
Based on your vision, story, and products and services, we will outline a suggested marketing action plan. What are you already communicating on-line or elsewhere? Which social media platforms are right for you? If you’re currently on-line, including using social media, how might your presence be optimized? Do you need to use Facebook ads? Amazon ads? Do you need an active website, blog, YouTube page? Do you want to do these things yourself or delegate them? What forms of online marketing could you use? Where is your low-hanging fruit for finding new customers and quickly generating revenues? We’ll look at all these and suggest appropriate action plans.
Profit Analysis and Projections
Those who fail to plan, plan to … not be as successful as they could be. What financial objectives do you have? Based on your monetary goals and your various products, we’ll create a spreadsheet that analyzes your profits based on estimated sales of each of your products and services. You’ll receive this spreadsheet for future analysis. By running the numbers, it will become clear what it will take to meet your income goals.

Website Development (WordPress) – We frequently hear people claim: “I’ll launch my business (sell my book, advertise, get customers, market product, etc.) as soon as my website is ready!” Sometimes, we hear the same people use that excuse for months or even years. We call it “Fear to Launch,” and we remove it!
How? Our specialty is getting WordPress sites set up fast, getting you an online presence. Why make the process harder than it has to be? The beauty of WordPress is that once it’s set up, elements can be easily added. If you want to hire a high-end graphic artist or writer later to give it a face-lift, the process is simple. Our objective is to get your site up and selling as soon as possible. We’re talking days (or even hours), not weeks or months or years.
Facebook Ad Training – We offer basic training in Facebook ad management Facebook ad management. This includes showing you how to implement the appropriate Facebook tracking codes into your web site, researching your ideal audience, creating ads that fit within your budget, monitoring them, and running split tests. Whether you want to use Facebook ads to build a following, gather leads, or make sales, we can help you create a campaign optimized to your objectives. We’ll also show you how to tweak the ads until you find the ads that deliver the results you seek at the most economical price per action.
Amazon Ad Training – If you have a book that logically leads into more books or your product funnel, Amazon Ads can be a good way to go. With Amazon Ads, you can have your book advertised on other products, books or keyword searches. We show you how to research your market and develop a large list of keywords, book titles and author names where your book could appear. We’ll show you how to create and manage your Amazon Ads
Editing and Copywriting Services – Dave is a professional editor and copywriter. He can write or edit Web copy, your sales materials, and even edit or ghostwrite your book, blog posts, or other materials. (In other words, let him help you get the words out of your mind so people can read and understand them.)
Book Coaching and Consultation – Marnie has written and published 31 fiction and non-fiction titles, Dave has written two. Marnie has been coaching people through the book writing, publishing and marketing process since 2000. If you’re writing either fiction or non-fiction, Marnie knows the ropes and can be on your side through the book creation and marketing process. She offers group support or individual coaching.
Social Media Management – We also offer done-for-you services to manage the social media marketing for a select number of clients. We also work closely with other service providers and can direct you to quality consultants you can trust.
